This is certification under Sections 310(4) & 336(1) of the Municipal Government Act that the 2025 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices were mailed to all property owners in the Summer Village of Nakamun Park on May 9^th, 2025.

A copy of the redacted 2024 Assessment Roll (used for 2025 taxation year), along with other financial and tax rate information for 2025, is now updated to the website.

Please note that taxes are due on or before June 30, 2025.
